Mena Alexandra suvari, born on 13 February 1979 in the USA is an actress as well as a fashion designer and model. She began her modeling career in 1990 and soon moved into acting, after appearances as a guest on TV shows like Boy Meets World or High Incident. In 1997 she debuted as an actor in the film Nowhere. Following her appearance in American Beauty (for which she was awarded an award from the BAFTA Award) and American Pie that attracted much attention, she completed her move into more prominent parts. In 2000, she was with her American Pie co star Jason Biggs. In 2001, she took on the main role on the film Sugar & Spice (2000).
